Tanzania Mbinga/Mbeya

Available in 12 oz. and 20 oz. biodegradable bags.

This lot is a blend of AB coffees from some of the strongest coops in Tanzania’s Mbinga and Mbeya regions. The Iyenga Cooperative currently has 172 smallholder members and a combined production of 45 metric tons of green coffee.

Although roasted to what most would consider a medium level, this coffee has been popular among (reformed) dark roast coffee drinkers. We taste dominating dark chocolate with some orange juice, molasses syrup, subtle raspberry.
