This is one of two Honduras coffees we brought in to benefit the 85 families our primary importer works with that have been displaced by the recent hurricanes. We have already made additional contributions to the effort and the cost is not being passed onto you.

Of the two Honduras coffees we’re currently offering, this is on the simpler, straight-forward side notes of milk chocolate, almond and a hint of dried fruit sweetness (in our opinion).

Guama Danta is surrounded by hills and pine forests, high in the mountains with red, clay soil. This region has the highest productivity of all 15 coffee producing departments of Honduras. It is a longtime farming community, with farms in almost every possible micro climate, making for nuanced, complex cups.
