Freshly ground the coffee has intoxicating berry aroma. In the cup the taste is more subtle; floral, dried cherry fruity, balanced. The body is light-to-medium.
Adola Washing Station, situated in the Guji Zone, is a communal wet mill located close to the town Anferara. Nearly 1500 smallholder farmers from the surrounding area contribute coffee cherries to the station each year.
While we roast this coffee to a lighter degree than most of our other offerings, many would still consider this a medium roast.
