This coffee comes from the rich volcanic slopes surrounding the high altitude Lake Atitlán in the Sierra Madre mountain range of Guatemala. It is a beautiful area and I couldn’t help but continuously making comparisons to my former home, Lake Tahoe in Nevada and California.
