This coffee is an organic microlot from the farm of La Julia in the Central Valley region of Costa Rica. It is a natural process coffee, prepared by the micromill of Las Lajas, known for their innovative honey and natural processing — uncommon for Central American coffees — as well as their focus on organic, sustainable and environmentally conscious farming practices.
You may find this coffee to be a nice balance of berry and chocolate, with a buttery mouthfeel. Definitely on the sweet side.
