Such an easy and delicious way to make cold brew. Fill it up with ground coffee, add water slowly to the bottom of the handle, put it in the fridge for at least 8 hours (I do 24 hours to make it super strong and think of it as cold brew espresso lol) and boom you have rich, smooth, and fresh cold brewed coffee! I have enjoyed the Mizudashi so much that I got one for a friend as a wedding gift and a third one for a friend simply being a good friend. Nothing better than sharing an amazing method of making coffee with people you love. OUOD has these for such a reasonable price and it comes with a bag of fresh roasted coffee?! Game – set – match.
