SALE! only 3 Bags left Roasted 1-22. Our January 2025 Coffee Club selection and very limited! This coffee came came to us thanks to our direct relationship with Carolina Posada of Mina Rica Coffee.

This coffee embodies the unpredictability of a “natural process” coffee, and you’ll see a hodgepodge of beans in all shapes, sizes and shades. We think it packs enough flavor per sip to launch even the most self important coffee snobs into thoughtful reflection. After letting the beans rest a few days post-roasting, we opened a bin to a deep, funky peanutty scent wafting over us.  While it steeped, we  smelled boozy brandy-like notes. The taste is plenty fruity, but well developed (not too light,) rounding it out to help it pair with milk, if that’s your preference.  (But please try it black first and sip slowly! I hope you experience the same spectrum we did: red wine, to guava, to grapefruit.
